Booking terms

- A non refundable deposit of 30% is required by booking confirmation
- 70 % balance is to be transferred 30 days before arrival or paid cash upon arrival
- A safety deposit of 400 EUR is required which is to be returned upon departure if there are no damages

Cancellation

- 30 % of rental price if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival
- 70 % of rental price if cancelled 30 to 15 days before arrival
- No refunds available if canceled 14 to 0 days before arrival

Checking time

- Arrival / departure every day in week
- Check in at 16 PM., check out at 10 AM
